House rules
Welcome to our apartments. These regulations outline how we expect you to treat the apartment and its furnishings. We've established a few rules, and we hope you'll agree with them. By adhering to them, you'll help us continue to provide the best possible service to you and other guests.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is from 3pm to 8pm and departure before 11am.
In the apartments
- Don't move furniture between rooms. This can cause unnecessary damage and wear to furniture and walls.
- We've provided comfortable outdoor furniture. We therefore ask that you don't move any of the furniture from the indoor area outside. Of course, you can enjoy your meals outdoors and use the provided crockery and cutlery.
- The loungers are available for use. They can also be taken to the pool.
- Please only use the linens provided upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee for pillows, duvets, and mattresses.
- Bed linen is provided, as well as towels, kitchen towels and tea towels.
- The oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer must be left tidy and empty by the tenant. If you wish to leave anything in the refrigerator or freezer (throwing it away is a shame), please consult the manager.
- All dishes must be washed upon departure. We also ask that you empty the dishwasher and put everything back in the cupboards.
- When leaving, please remove the fitted sheets and bottom sheets from the beds, deposit the rubbish in the containers around the complex and do not leave any dishes behind.
- Of course, the towels and bed linen must be left in the apartment after departure.
- When you leave the apartment during the stay or upon departure, please remember to carefully close your doors and windows.
- The air conditioning should only be on when you are in the apartment. Because the air conditioning cools all rooms, all windows and doors must be closed when it is on.
- Is something broken? We would greatly appreciate it if you reported any damage promptly, so we don't discover it after your departure. The house is inspected for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, as they too should be able to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Tenants are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their co-tenants, or guests. Costs for this damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Rules of life
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of any cigarette butts.
- A small dog is permitted upon request. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the apartment, and feces must be cleaned up. (The additional cleaning fee of €35.00 will be deducted from the deposit.)
- Many people in Spain take a nap between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Keep that in mind.
- Respect your neighbors by not turning up the volume of the radio and television too high, especially when doors and windows are open.
- Footballs, skateboards, and electric scooters are not permitted in the complex's common areas, including the parking lot.
The swimming pool (not applicable in Valencia)
- The communal swimming pool is open daily from 8am to 10pm.
- Keep it quiet, especially between 8am and 10am, during nap time, and after 9pm.
- The swimming pool can only be used by owners and tenants.
- Please take a shower before entering the pool.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- For hygiene reasons, babies in diapers are only allowed in the pool wearing waterproof pants.
- No dishes or glassware are allowed at the pool.
- Smoking is not allowed in and around the pool.
- Everyone takes their own rubbish with them.
- Inflatable airbeds and similar items are not permitted in the pool. Small inflatables are permitted in the children's pool.
- Ball games are not allowed in the pool.
- Pets are not allowed in and around the swimming pool.
- Listening to music at the pool is only permitted with headphones or earphones.
