Cancellation conditions

If for whatever reason the tenant cannot, will not or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he will immediately inform the landlord of this. In case of cancellation, the tenant is liable for the following cancellation costs:

• 25% of the rental price in case of cancellation between 2 and 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
• 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation between 1 month and 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
• 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation less than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
